Create a Docker image

FDT comes with out-of-the-box functionality to build Fonto Connectors into a Docker image. You can then use that image to deploy your Docker container.

Execute the following command in your command prompt to build a Docker image:

Shell

fdt connectors build [--location <path>] [--image-name <image-name>] [--image-tag <image-tag>]

The option --image-name should contain the correct naming convention for the Docker registry and Docker image you are using. For example my-example-registry.domain.com/namespace/image.

The option --image-tag should contain a tag for the image. For example latest or 7.9.0.
